Please note:

• *Guaranteed delivery services are dependent on the availability of the item(s) on your order. All delivery times are from the date of dispatch and not the date of ordering. If ordering more than one item, your order will be shipped in one delivery once all items are in stock.  Should there be items on your order that are out of stock, they will be added to our production plans for manufacture, if you wish in stock items to be shipped ahead a second postage fee will be incurred.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us unworn, in its original condition with the tag still attached and original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We can exchange the item for a different size/product or offer you a refund. 

If you believe any of your items to be faulty please contact us immediately with your reason for returning e.g. Exchange for size Small.

Please note:

• If the item is being returned for a refund, you will NOT be refunded the cost of shipping the original package out to you.
• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
• The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility unless faulty.
• Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.
